In Puerto Penasco, there were many abandoned buildings, construction projects left incomplete, and dump sites like this one. Just awful! |

There has to be a story here. Maybe union busting, or union corruption, accounts for the large number of half-finished construction sites in the city. |

Sadly, I'd say this photo captures classic Mexico. It doesn't tell the whole story, but it is part of the story of this place that I can't ignore. — Peter |
