In early February 2025, when the thermometer hovered in the negative-ten range at home in Minneapolis, Julie and I set out for the US southwest and for Mexico. Destination number one was Tuscon, Arizona. After three days and nights in Tuscon, we drove our rental car to the Lukeville crossing and entered Mexico. Then, we continued to Puerto Penasco, on the coast of the Gulf of California. There, we spent five nights and days. Here are photos of our adventure. — Peter
