Here we are at the Newark Antique fair, and it isn't exactly as Julie remembered it. The fair is held a number of times throughout the year and we've arrived late in the season. We also arrived on the last of three days of this installment of the fair. This meant that some vendor tents were empty and many of the more high-end dealers were gone for the season. I'd describe what remained as the most gigantic flea market imaginable.

I didn't mind a bit that we'd missed the peak of the season. There was still street after street, like the one shown here, packed with freaky stuff, and I found it all very entertaining.

The sale went on, and on.

Shown here is just one of a number of buildings filled with stuff — this in addition to the stuff on the streets outside.

I kept my eyes peeled for bunnies.

I shot this photo thinking it was a hard-scrabble bunny. In fact, it is a hard-scrabble kangaroo. I'm sure, since I know that bunnies don't carry their babies in a tummy pouch.

Here are couple of bunnies not to be messed with. Wouldn't be interesting, and a greater challenge for hunters, if animals were armed and could shoot back.

Watch out buster, or I'll give you both barrels.

I liked this articulating bunny very much. If he wasn't so big, I might have clandestinely purchased him as a Julie present.

Adorable! See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil bunnies that double as a bird bath.
