	In May of 2020, the murder of George Floyd sparked a global movement calling for the end of racial injustices, and Minneapolis was the cause’s capital city. I set out with a point-and-shoot Olympus to tell the stories of community and resistance that I witnessed, working to offer a counter narrative to the ones of hatred and destruction that consumed mass media.
